Progress City USA is an outdoor convention center with roads, parking, underground electricity, telephone lines and drainage. It has four sets of permanent heated and air-conditioned restrooms. It is located in Decatur, Illinois, adjacent to Richland Community College which has seminar rooms that are available for use in conjunction with site events.

Directions to Progress City
Progress City USA is located just north of the Richland Community College campus in Decatur, IL, in the heart of Central Illinois. The site is approximately one hour east of Springfield, one hour south of Bloomington and one hour west of Champaign. The site is about three hours from Chicago, IL, St. Louis, MO and Indianapolis, IN.
Richland Community College is located at the intersection of Brush College Road and Rea's Bridge Road in the northeast section of Decatur, IL.

- Take Exit 144, South (turn left) on Rt. 48 to Brush College Road (2nd road to the left after the I-72 interchange), East (turn left) on Mound Rd. South (Right) on President Howard Brown Blvd. Cross over College Park to access main campus.

A City Built By a Community
Progress City USA, located adjacent to Richland Community College in Decatur, IL, is a state of the art open air convention center built in conjunction with numerous local, state and federal partnerships. As a division of Richland Community College, Progress City USA serves both the Greater Decatur community as well as the needs of many regional and national organizations.
The site, which comprises over 300 acres, was designed and built in 305 days as the semi-permanent home to the Farm Progress Show from 2005-2025 as well as various multi-purpose events. Progress City USA remains the finest facility in the nation to host an outdoor show through the continued support of its partners.
